Everyone knows that quartz stone is an artificial stone. It has the texture of natural marble and practical functions such as heat resistance, scratch resistance, and anti-penetration. Therefore, most owners of kitchen countertops will choose quartz stone because it is the most cost-effective!
At present, some quartz stone countertops have particle effects, so how to choose the particle size?
Granular quartz stone is produced by adding broken glass, crystals, etc. to form a combination of particles, which can be single or multiple colors; the two-color particles are relatively large, and the quartz stone becomes more diverse through the combination of different colors. ; Particle-free quartz stone, its most obvious feature is its higher price, can be used as countertops, background walls, etc.
In fact, the quality of quartz stone is not defined by the presence or absence of particles or the size of the particles, but also by many other factors. The prices of quartz stones with different colors and patterns are different. Which one you want depends on your personal needs.
There are generally two production processes for quartz stone. One is pressed plate, which uses high temperature and high pressure to crush the quartz crystals and bond them together. It has high density, no pores on the surface, and no oil leakage. One is the inverted formwork, which is cast using molds. It has low density, pores, and surface leakage.
If the particles on the front and back of the quartz stone are uniform, it means that it is a pressed plate made at high temperature and is a high-quality stone; if the particles on the front of the quartz stone are small and the particles on the back are large, it means that it is an inverted template and is a low-quality stone.
